Opened towards the end of 2007, PBC meets its clients with all the advantages of the class to which it belongs, aligning itself continuously to the high demands of the office market, while still reflecting the elegance and the charm of Cluj-Napoca.

Located on one of the city’s most circulated streets, Dorobantilor Boulevard 18-20, Power Business Center benefits from easy access both to the exits towards Bucuresti, Bistrita or Baia Mare, as well as to various financial-banking institutions and local administration buildings.

Every element has been considered and analysed – from the perfect fit between the old buildings in the historical area of Cluj, to the positioning of equipment, everything was designed to create a creative and efficient work environment.

Structured on 12 levels, out of which 3 underground and 9 overground, Power Business Center building provides to its tenants open and bright spaces, with high quality technical and functional facilities that offer a high level of comfort. Delivered as open space, each client can customize its office space according to the specific requirements of its activity.

Parking

Because we know how hard is to find a vacant parking place on a working day in the middle of the city, Power Business Center offers to its tenants, beside generous office spaces, a total of 80 parking places, out of which 13 with parklift system, displayed on 3 underground and on 1 overground, with 24/24h security. The area of one parking place varies according to its location, between 12.50 sqm and 14.00 sqm. The parking access is secured by remote control, with traffic lights and traffic surveillance cameras.

Technical Specifications

The Power Business Center exterior is made of curtain walling, with aluminum and steel joinery and reflecting glass windows, thus providing the office with natural light and individual views of the city, where the aluminum sunshades ensure a very welcome protection during the hot summer days. The curtain walls continue with washable paintings, Reynobond facades, stone and granite cladding, insulated windows, secured where appropriate.

Inside, the ceilings are sound proof, the walls are painted with washable paintings, the common areas are plated with granite, tile and ceramic tiles and the interior frames are made of aluminum and steel.

The three basements are connected to each other by ramps for car and pedestrian traffic and through a vertical staircase and two elevators, with a 12 people capacity, thus ensuring direct communication between parking garage and office space.

All PBC installations are “open system” giving the possibility to modify it according to the requirements of each client. Each floor has separate electrical and water metering. Thermal energy is also measured on each level, while the interior climate is ensured through converters for heating and cooling and ventilation systems for fresh air input and stale air exhaust. During the warm period of the year, PBC uses solar panels as alternative source of energy.

The building is also equipped with fire alarm system and security system, currently covering only the access areas and the common areas of PBC, while the rest of the space can be covered, on request.
